| How to Order Custom Dress? |
You can email me your specific size, before or after your order. Or add your measurements to the note box when you check out. We need following measurement. bust, waist, hips and height once you place the order!
| How do I check the order status? |
Once order placed, you can check the order status any time in My Account, you will learn in which step the order is there. You may also email us or contact us online for further details. (

| How to pay for this dress？ |
We have a variety of payment method. You can also pay by credit card. We accept Paypal vs Visa & Master Credit Card.
You can also choose pay with Paypal to confirm your order, and then choose 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card ' to check out. Or you can send me your Paypal account email, so I can send you an invoice to pay.
In the coupon code box that appears on the "Checkout" page, fill in the code of the coupon and use it. Whether you signed up for a coupon or a coupon negotiated by a sales associate can be used there.
| I would like to cancel my order. |
If you cancel your order within 2 days of payment, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation 2 days after, you will get a partial refund consisting of 50% of the dress price and the full shipping cost.
Once your order has been shipped it cannot be canceled.
| Where should i return my dress? |
You need to contact our Customer Service to get a return form before you return the items. Please don’t return it to the address on the parcel.
| Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed? |

| How do I expedite my order? |
We provide expedited service for customers who need dresses urgently. All dresses can enjoy expedited ordering service. You can tell our customer service what product you need and the arrival date. Naturally, there will be additional expedited fees. Our customer service will give you a link to the expedited order.
