Before you place an order, We suggest you refer to our size chart and measurement guide to select the correct size or color. This will save your time on returns and exchanges. All of our dresses match the size chart. If the standard size does not fit you, please tell us your exact measurements, as we said that our dresses all can be customized.
Return Process:
1)We support returns, if you find any problem within 7 days after receiving the dress, please contact our staff immediately. Our team will process your feedback as soon as possible.
After you received your item, please check it right way, and try on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress. We have 7 days requirement. That's enough time for you to make sure the item is well made and fit you!
2) Please include your order number and explain why you want to return and include photos or video.
3) Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item back to us as soon as possible. Also email us the shipping information:
a)Photos of the package you send back;
b) Tracking number;
PS:All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging and without any perfume.Or we can not refund.
NOTE: We are always trying our best to make each dress most similar to the picture, but we can't guarantee it is all same. Because of the wholesale price, sometimes we have to use similar fabric to make the dress.
4) Once received at our facility, your return will be processed immediately.
PS: As for the return shipping cost, you had to pay for it by yourself. We do not accept any return if our product is used or damaged.
For Wedding&Prom Dresses
Wedding dresses and party dresses are customized and difficult to reuse, and usually do not accept returns.
If you have an urgent need, please place an expedited order and contact us and we will arrange for fast shipping. You can also check with customer service about the production time before placing your order.
Cancellation Process
All dress orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.
· Cancellation within 24 to 48 Hours:
Orders canceled within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a partial refund, which includes full shipping cost and 70% of the product purchase price.
· Cancellation within 48 to 72 Hours:
For orders canceled within 48 to 72 hours of payment confirmation, a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 40% to 60% of the product purchase price is available.
· Cancellation beyond 72 Hours:
All dress orders canceled more than 72 hours after payment confirmation are eligible for a partial refund comprising full shipping cost and 30% of the product purchase price.
· Once your order has been shipped it cannot be canceled.
We know that it is very important for you to order a dress for your special occasion. However, please note that our dresses are made to order, we will process the order as soon as payment received. Once the tailoring process has begun, there will be Labor Costs and Material Costs.
